An introduction to Florida Hospital’s performance improvement methodology (DMAIC). At this level, we teach fundamental Lean and Six Sigma Principles, and require project execution and completion for certification.
The core knowledge of performance improvement; teaching assessment, improvement, and control. This curriculum covers all of the fundamental principles of Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Shared Solutions.
Advanced key and multi-functional process improvement, teaching complex problem solving. This program includes extended study, major project execution, advanced statistical analysis, as well as comprehension and applicaiton competence testing.
